Valentine’s Day at Concept Creations venues

Valentines is a day for indulgence. It is a day you set aside to make special for someone dear to you. No Valentine’s Day would be complete without a sweet ending, and our chefs at our restaurants have devised perfect desserts, for that perfect date.

At Frites, our Belgian Beer halls in Wan Chai and Quarry Bay, it will be an occasion of chocolate indulgence – Chocolate fondant, Macaron, Chestnut Cream with dark chocolate sauce, and a White Chocolate Raspberry Ice-cream.

Souvla, already known for its great feasts and rich desserts, will be offering fruity and creamy “Strawberry Spoons Sweets”, Caramelized Figs and Yoghurt Sorbet.

Tapeo, one of Hong Kong’s most established tapas bars will be sticking to the classics –Crème catalan hazelnut sponge, Churros with banana and strawberry, with chocolate sauce.

Chicha and The Roger Room, our Peruvian restaurant and bar across the way, will both be serving “Suspiro del Angel – a caramelized milk called “mangar blanco”, with strawberries and roses meringue.

No matter which one of our great restaurants you choose, your Valentines experience will be one to remember.
